We started our academy at the former Rock Valley Athletic Club in 1987 and moved our school to the Moline Nautilus Superfitness Center when Rock Valley closed.
Over the 20+ years that we've been in business, we have trained over 100 black belts and Master Spellious oversees 5 schools operated by his black belts.
