

Tae KarDio stands for Tae Kwon Do cardio. This aerobic kickboxing class is a great workout for martial artists as well as non-martial artists! The punches and kicks are really basic and the music is hot! No uniform, bowing, or yelling is needed!
You can't beat the calorie burn - per class compared to 505 calories for aerobics and 420 for weight training! (from Muscle and Fitness magazine 1996)
Utilizing simple punching and kicking techniques specially blended to achieve a great all-body workout while keeping the heart rate optimal, Tae KarDio is easy to follow yet provides a great workout for all fitness levels. You control the workout based on power of punches, the height of kicks, depth of stances, and speed. You can go as hard or as easy as your body dictates in any given class.
Class size is limited and filling up fast, so come and try it out! What do you have to lose - except inches?! Your heart will love you for it!
