EST. 1977 and still serving.......
Diane and I were married on June 10th,
1977, in Bushnell
Illinois.
We met when Diane was in the 3rd grade, and I
was
a junior at BPC
High School.
She approached me and told me she wanted to marry me.
Ten years later we met again in the Bushnell VFW park, and the rest
is family
history.
After we wed, during the day I repaired mobile homes and on the
weekend
we played in churches,
coffee houses and on the streets with "The Living Water Band", a
christian "country
rock" band inspired
by the many country rock bands including the Talbot brothers
and Mason
Proffit..

This is the very first PROM that
my lovely wife of 27 years and I attended together. It was
Diane's
high school Prom,
in 1977. And the theme was, you guessed it;
Stairway to Heaven"
This lovely photo is featrued in a book.
on Great Proms of the 70s by Elissa Stien.

But soon realizing (after 14 years) that everything underneath a
mobile
home either; pokes, scratches or bites,
we decided to move to Rock Island Illinois (part of the QCA) in 1984
so I could I attend
Hamilton Technical School and receive a electronics degree.
Diane was employed as a secretary at Montgomery Elevator Company,
Escalator
Division during this time.
Di and I still continued to play in coffee houses and churches as time
allowed.
This is our newest PROM picture,
taken in March 1997 at a PROM
our church held.
It only took 20 years to get me out of
my blue leisure suit!

Following my graduation we moved to North Richland Hills Texas where
I worked at
Tandy Computer System Design in downtown Fort Worth.
We attended Metroplex Chapel in Euless (a very important time in our life) and
I played on
the Worship Team and we had a Bible study cell group meeting in our
home.
Conza was born at a mid-wife clinic in Grand Prairie in 1985, so Conza
is a native Texan.
We moved to Moline Illinois in 1987 and I went to work for
Montgomery Elevator company now KONE Inc.
Somewhere between leaving Texas and moving to the QCA Bekah was born.
In the fall of 2001, KONE decided to dump their R&D engineering
staff, and we were
tosses "out on our ears". I became a contract engineer. I have since
worked at Case New Holland on the AFX
Global Harvesting project, and then back to KONE in the Service Center.
I was employed at BT Prime Movers (now Toyota Industrial) in Muscatine for 1 1/2 years in the electrical Engineering department.
and I am now back at Case IH (CNH) working in the Electrical
Compentence Center.
I woke up yesterday morning an we now have 12 grand children!!
Woo-Hoo!

And so it grows....
