Angelena is a Portuguese Water Dog who was born on May 5, 2002. She lives in Davenport, Iowa with Jim and Sherrie Hood. Presently she is taking lessons in agility and obedience. This summer she will start classes in water trials.
Jogging and swimming are her favorite activities. She finds agility exciting at 8 months. After one month of lessons she can navigate tunnels and chutes, climb the AFrame, run across the dog walk, cross the teeter-totter, jump over all jumps, execute weave poles, jump through a tire, pause on a table, and negotiate a novice course. She hopes to enter competition some day.
